DESCRIPTION:Send all nominations for Service Awards to secretary@hockey.maori.nz \nInformation\nService Awards\nService awards will be announced at Annual General Meetings for outstanding service to Maori Hockey.  Conditions of the award will be: \n(a)        At least fifteen (15) year’s service to hockey; \n(b)        Service can be in any area of the sport\, i.e. administrator\, member of the committee\, or helper in any capacity; \n(c)        Nomination(s) is/are to be made by the management committee of any Rohe delegates\, and\, together with citation(s)\, must reach the Secretary not later than 30 June in each year; \n(d)        All nominations will be considered by the Kaunihera\, and the granting of a Service Award will be at the sole discretion of the Kaunihera; \n(e)       The service badges will be announced and awarded at the New Zealand Maori Hockey (Te Haupoi Maori o Aotearoa) National Tournament. \n  \nDownload Form

DESCRIPTION:Send all nominations for Life Members to secretary@hockey.maori.nz \nInformation\nLife Members\nAny past or present member of any Rohe of the Kaunihera may be elected a life member of the Kaunihera and Hockey NZ. That person will be proposed by any Rohe or a Kaunihera Member\, have the unanimous approval of the Kaunihera and be elected at an Annual General Meeting of New Zealand Maori Hockey (Te Haupoi Maori o Aotearoa).  Life memberships will only be considered for special services rendered to New Zealand Maori Hockey (Te Haupoi Maori o Aotearoa) and not for any monetary consideration. \nNominations must reach the Secretary no later than 30 June in each year. \nDownload Form
